Veronica Dunne (born Veronica Dunne) is an American Actress best recognized for her role as Marisa Clar in K.C.Undercover, a Disney Channel Series. She was lead guitarist for The all-girl rock group, The Runaways, in the late 1970s.Their music and their rebellious songs helped them gain attention within the world of rock. The group did not make it in their home country of the United States, but gained enormous popularity overseas. Ford launched a heavy metal solo career when the band broke up in 1979. Ford took vocal lessons and then released her debut solo album, 'Out for Blood'. This was followed by the release of 'Dancin' on the Edge'. Ford could not do anything with either of them, so she walked away from the scene for 10 years. The smash-hit album Lita, released in 1989, was the catalyst for her comeback. The hit single, 'Kiss Me Deadly as well as the ballad 'Close My Eyes Forever' were huge hits. Unfortunately, the success in her professional career was short as for a number of years she was not in the world of entertainment. The release of "Black" on the 15th of November 1995, was immediately followed by 'Wicked Wonderland, almost 15 year following. "Time Capsule," her debut album "Time Capsule" was made available by her in the year 2016. Guitar Player Magazine has awarded her The Certified Guitar Legend Award.
