Amanda Brugel

Brugel was the sole Canadian participant in Season 1 of the series, and only seen occasionally. In Season 2, Brugel joined the regular cast and is still part of it to this day. As she discussed her role and its similarities to daily life, she could be able to relate to the racism and mistreatment she has experienced in different areas of her life. The actress said: "I lean heavily on race. Like I mentioned, I have encountered situations where I felt like I was treated as a slave just because I'm white." I've never been physically abused in real life because of my race, however I've definitely suffered verbal abuse. If someone's saying something sharp or even biting or smacking me, I will use any racist insults that felt real to me. This is almost like hitting her in each scene. Amanda Amanda Amanda

Alexa Wisener, a Southern Californian, born and raised as an performer, dancer and model, is an accomplished professional. Her first performance began when she was 3. She began performing at age 3. Her initial passion was baton twirling. Alexa was 10 years old when she won the Gold Medal at the World Baton Twirling Championships held in Europe. She had also won seven National Titles. Alexa was awarded numerous dancing titles at the national level in this time. She was trained in hip-hop, jazz, as well as contemporary styles. She also studied ballet.
